Admin List Overview

Accessed from the Home screen, the Admin list includes

  • Company Settings: defines overall system settings.
  • User Settings: allows users to enable or disable preferences.
  • Audit Client Access: lists which user accessed various areas of Generations.
  • Audit User Log: shows when a specific user accessed Generations.
  • Client Audit Trail: shows what was changed or deleted in Client records.
  • Delete Schedule Audit: shows schedules that were deleted.
  • Daily Schedule Reminders: a list of Daily Schedule Reminder emails that were sent.
  • Email Log: a list of emails that were sent.
  • Mass Email Summary: a list of emails that were sent via mass email.
  • Training Video Log: shows you which users watched training videos.
  • Order Additional Licenses: Use this to order additional concurrent user licenses.
