Time and Task Signatures (TTS) allows you to gather signatures from the caregiver and client to certify completion of Tasks and times of the shifts as recorded in Generations. TTS operates independently from Care and Wound Notes, so you do not have to use those to take advantage of TTS.

Introduction to TTS
To use TTS, keep these things in mind:
- Generations EVV Account is required.
- Signatures are obtained via phone, app, or mobile website. Signatures cannot be obtained from the Web Portal.
- Signatures can be collected from a) the Caregiver or b) Caregiver and Client; there is no option for only the Client to sign. If both Caregiver and Client must sign, the Caregiver must sign first.
- If Client signature is required, the Client can view Tasks completed regardless of Web Portal settings.
- Signatures can only be obtained if: a) a login and logout exist or b) the shift is confirmed.
Refer to the Time and Task Signatures Step-By-Step for a detailed breakdown of each step involved in utilizing TTS.
