Company Settings Overview

Company Settings is where you define global system settings. Get here from the Admin list or gear icon in Notification Bar on the Home Screen.

  • Review and establish settings that make sense for your business.  
  • Changes made here effect the entire system.


Security Best Practice

Once Security is established, the best practice is that only the administrator and one or two trusted staff access Company Settings.

Tabs

  • Company Information: Basic company information. This is also where you set CMS-1500 billing defaults, work with email server settings, design care notes, and customize care plan settings.
  • Calendar Options: Schedule options.
  • Other Options: System options like Timesheets, Caregiver identification, etc.
  • QuickBooks: QuickBooks configuration options.
  • Security: User Security setup options.
  • EVV: Generations EVV options.
  • Online Forms: Application and Service Inquiry Forms setup.
  • Web Portal: For options relating to when a Caregiver or Client log into Generations.
