Mapping in Client Directions/Misc

When viewing a Client file, click Get Directions in the Directions/Misc area to bring up driving directions to the Client's location in Google Maps.

When search results are displayed in Caregiver Search, click on the word Map to bring up driving directions from the Caregivers home to the Client's location in Google Maps. Note that distance can also be displayed.

Search by proximity shows Caregivers on a map in relation to the location of the Client. Learn more about Mapping with Caregiver Search.

Mapping when Caregiver Views Schedule

In the app, the Caregiver can tap on the word map in today's schedule to get the driving route from their current location to the Client's home; location services must be enabled on the device for this mapping to work.

If you have caregivers who use the Web Portal, they click Map or Map all.
