Master Lists Overview

Article Summary

Master Lists control what you see in lists. For example, the Service Codes Master List has your bill rates. Those Service Codes are used on all Schedules.

  • We add some things to master lists for you. You can add to Master Lists to make them better reflect your business practices.
  • Get to most Master Lists at the top of the Home Screen under Client and or Caregiver. 

Example

You put bill rates in the Service Code Master List.

When you add your edit a schedule, you can pick a bill rate from the Service Code Master List.

Find Master Lists

Some Master Lists are shared by more than one group. For example, both clients and caregivers use County, Custom Fields, Needs and Attributes, Reminders, and Reasons.

Add To Master Lists From Client Personal Data

Some Masters Lists you can update from the Client Personal Data page. 

  • Click the plus sign.
  • Enter the Case Manager's name.
  • Click save.
  • Click the arrow going in a circle.
  • The screen refreshes and you can select the Case Manager you just added.
