Unconfrmed Shifts Report

Article Summary

This report shows you all shifts that are not confirmed for a given time period. We recommend you run this report before you create Timesheets for any time period to ensure that all shifts are confirmed before proceeding to billing and payroll. 

Parameters

  • Client: Select one or leave the default at all.
  • From/Thru: Select desired date range.
  • Class: Select one or leave the default at all.
  • Location: Select one or leave the default at all.
  • Client Type: Select one or leave the default at all.
  • Status: Select one or leave the default at all.
  • Case Manager: Select one or leave the default of all.
  • Include Cancelled Shift: Add a checkmark to include cancelled shifts in the report.
  • Group By
    • Client: This is the default option for the report and groups shifts by client.
    • Caregiver: Groups shifts by caregiver.
    • Services: The default is with select all checked. You can also remove the checkmark and use your shift and control keys to select specific services as desired.
  • OK: Click to run the report.
  • Cancel: Click to exit the screen.
